What is natural fitness training and coaching?

 

Natural fitness is a balanced, holistic approach that strengthens the body while supporting its natural systems and needs. It builds lasting health, energy, and resilience without forcing harmful routines or risking unnecessary injury.

Training is personalised and effective—combining barefoot movement, bodyweight exercises, free weights, mobility, flexibility, high-intensity conditioning, and breathwork. Every session is designed to challenge and empower you while giving you the skills to move with freedom in daily life.

You’ll still be sweating, you will still ache after a session, you can still prepare for iron man or Hyrox, but the risk of injury is limited, it is all about balance.

Alongside physical training, I coach you to develop a strong, self-compassionate mindset—because true fitness is as much about mental strength as it is about the body.

Why do I need a more natural approach to fitness.

 

The human body is designed to move—but it’s not a machine to be used or exhausted without care. Healthy, strong bodies can exercise at low intensity for long periods and lift weights, bend, balance, and perform at high intensity for short bursts.

Modern life often limits the variety and frequency of movement our bodies do, yet movement remains essential for every system—muscles, cardiovascular health, brain, hormones, nervous system, and mood. Being able to move freely means being able to live freely.

Natural fitness training gives your body the right balance of challenge and ease. I encourage clients to extend this mindset into daily life—prioritising sleep, whole foods, time in nature, heat and cold exposure, walking, and strong social connections.
