What’s natural fitness coaching?
For me, natural fitness coaching is about challenging, encouraging and guiding you to develop your physical fitness, using natural movement, free of machines, so that you can live your life with physical freedom.
It’s not a one size fits all, or a quick fix.
Movement should be natural for you. What does your lifestyle require? What can you do? What do you want to be able to do?
Humans in general are designed to move frequently. To exercise at low intensity for long periods of time, lift, bend, have good balance and to be able to work at high intensity for short periods of time.
I use training methods that challenge your body, but also nurture it’s systems and help build a mindset to match.
We train barefoot, no machines, using body weight exercises, and free weights, striking a balance between strength training, HIIT and mobility exercises.
I also encourage my clients to live naturally. This includes eating more natural, unprocessed foods, increasing connection with nature, using the car less, walking more and improving sleep quality.
